Stock Intraday Tips Market Outlook Today

Today Infosys and Wipro gained 1-1.6% while TCS rose just 0.2%. From the banking space, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and PNB climbed 0.8-1% whereas SBI moved up just 0.2%. NTPC has been the leading gainer on Nifty since morning, rising 1.3%. However, Tata Power and Power Grid declined 1-1.8%. Reliance Industries and ONGC continued to trade lower, falling 1.4% and 2.3%, respectively. Tata Motors and Ambuja Cements were biggest losers, declining 3.5%. Coal India, ITC, BHEL, Sterlite, JSPL, DLF, M&M, Sun Pharma and Cairn were down 1-2%. The broader indices were marginally higher.

Stock Market Update- Wednesday 7th September 2011
 
Today the markets traded voletile and performed very well with both benchmark indices gaining more than 1%. All sectors showed good buying, Realty was the biggest gainer of today's trade, IT and FMCG were the sectors to close in red. The CNX Midcap index closed with 1.5% gains and the BSE Smallcap  index also gained 1.5% in today's trade. The Sensex closed at 17065 which is up by 202 points from its previous close and the Nifty settled at 5125 which is up by 60 points. The European markets are trading strong. The FTSE index is up by 51 points, DAX is up by 27 points and CAC index is up by 10 points. Today's Top Gainers were Jaiprakash Associates with +7.62%, Ambuja Cements Ltd. with +5.78%, ACC Ltd. with +4.87%, Steel Authority with +4.07%, Tata Power Co. with +3.76%. Top Loosers were Mahindra & Mahindra with -1.49%, ITC Ltd. with -1.36%, Infosys with -.48%, Tata Consultancy with -.28%, Bajaj Auto Ltd. with -.20%.

Share Market Update- Tuesday 6th September 2011
 
Today the Markets closed with gains following Eueopean markets opening poitive. Oil and Gas were the biggest gainers of todays trading session, IT and capital goods banking and metal also closed positive except realty. Both benchmark indices closed in green with about 0.75% gain. The CNX Midcap index closed with 0.3% gains and the BSE Smallcap index also gained 0.7% in today's trading session. The Sensex closed at 16863 which is up by 149 points from its previous close, and the Nifty settled at 5064 which is up bby 47 points. Todays Top Gainers were Ambuja Cements Ltd. with +5.05%, Reliance Inds. with +4.14%, Mahindra & Mahindra with +3.67%, Steel Authority with +3.27%, Jindal Steel & Power with +2.90%. Top Loosers were DLF Ltd. with -4.38%, Sun Pharma. with -2.23%, Reliance Power L with -2.12%, Reliance Infrastructure with -1.96%, Grasim Inds. with -1.91%.

Stock Market Updats Today- Monday 5th September 2011
 
Today markets declines and closed with moderate losses. The European markets are also trading weak. The FTSE index is down by 115 points, DAX is down by 176 points and CAC index is down by 106 points. IT and Oil & gas were the worst performers of todays trading session. Markets rebounded from the day's lows mainly because of the strength in auto and realty stocks. The Sensex closed at 16713 which is  down by 108 points from its previous close, and the Nifty settled at 5017 which is down by 23 points. Today's Top Performers were Reliance Infrastructure with +5.46%, Reliance Capital with +5.39%, Hero Moto Corp with +5.34%, Jaiprakash Associates with +4.11%, Reliance Communication Ltd with +3.90%. Top Loosers were Wipro Ltd with -3.77%, Cairn India Ltd. with -3.42%, HCL Technologies with -3.26%, ONGC with -2.63%, Bharat Petroleum with -2.59%.

Stock Market Updats Today- Friday 2nd September 2011 
Today markets traded on a positive note for the third consecutive day, the rally was mainly lead by Metal space followed by Oil & Goods, Auto and Realty stocks, Healthcare and Telecom etc. The markets managed to close with modest gains. The European markets are trading weak, the FTSE index is down by 97 points, DAX is down by 147 points and CAC index is down by 81 points. The Sensex settled at 16835 which is up by 158 points or above 6% (provisional) and Nifty settled at 5045 which is up by 44 points or above 6.3% from it's previous close. The CNX Midcap index is up by 4.2% and BSE Smallcap index also up by 3.2% over the week. Today's Top Gainers were Reliance Communication Ltd with +6.47%, Reliance Capital with +6.09%, DLF Ltd. with +5.64%, Tata Steel with +4.60%, Sterlite Industries with +4.24%. Top Loosers were IDFC with -3.51%, HCL Technologies with -3.39%, Tata Power Co. with -2.35%, Punjab Nationl Bank with -2.10%, Tata Consultancy with -1.95%.

Stock Market Updats Today- Tuesday 30th August 2011
 
Today markets continue its upward move and nifty crossed its psychological important level of 5000. Realty, metal, banking and IT leds the rally and support came from auto, healthcare and oil & gas as a result of this all sectorial indices closed in green except FMCG. The CNX Midcap index gained 1.3% and the BSE Smallcap index also gained 1.1%. The Sensex settled at 16677 which is up by 260 points, and the Nifty settled at 5001 which is also up by 81 points from previous close. Today's Tops Gainers were Sesa Goa with +10.04%, DLF Ltd. with +6.70%, Jindal Steel & Power with +5.48%, Sun Pharma. with +5.46%, HCL Technologies with +5.25%. Top Loosers were ONGC with -4.24%, GAIL (India) Ltd. with -1.52%, ITC Ltd. with -.97%, Bharat Petroleum with -.60%, Larsen & Turbo with -.33%.

Today Indian markets made a drastic move and closed a good day of trade. Today strong gains were seen and rally supported by positive global cues. ADAG, IT and banking were the top performers of todays trading session. CNX Midcap index was up by 2.4% and BSE Smallcap index was also up by 2.1%. Sensex settled at 16416 which is up by 567 points from its previous close and Nifty shut stop at 4919 which is up by 171 points from the previous close. Today's Top Gainers were Reliance Capital with +9.60%, HCL Technologies with +7.62%, Tata Consultancy with +7.50%, Reliance Power L with +7.06%, Jindal Steel & Power with +6.76%. Top Loosers were ONGC with -1.08%, Maruti Suzuki India with -.37%.

Today also the markets closed with significant loss and all sectorial indices closed in red and realty, oil & gas, metal and banking were the worst performers. The CNX Midcap index lost 1.25% and the BSE Smallcap index was also down by 1.4% during the week. The Sensex and Nifty closed below their psychologically important levels of 16,000 and 4800. Today's Top Gainers were Hero Moto Corp with +2.59%, Mahi. & Mahi with +1.00%, Infosys with +.88%. Share Market Technical Report Thursday 25 August 2011


The markets opened good but the indices didn't remain long in positive due to profit booking and the markets lost moderately today and IT, metal and banking were the worst performers of today's trade. As a result of this Indian stock markets ended the Aug Expiry on weak note. Food inflation rose to 9.80% in the year to Aug 13 in the previous week, annual food inflation stood at 9.03%. The European markets are trading in mix territory. The FTSE index is down by 14 points, DAX is up by 20 points and CAC index is up by 17 points. The Sensex closed at 16146 which is down by 139 points from its previous close. The Nifty settled at 4840 and down by 49 points. The CNX Midcap index lost 1% and the BSE Smallcap index also lost 0.8%. Today's Top Gainers were Ambuja Cements Ltd. with +2.90%, DLF Ltd. with +2.86%, Tata Motors Ltd. with +1.93%, Reliance Communication Ltd with +1.50%, Grasim Industries with +1.38%. Top Loosers were Jaiprakash Associates with -4.82%, Jindal Steel & Power with -4.56%, HCL Technologies with -3.84%, Hero Moto Corp with -3.19%, Infosys with -3.00%.
